"Clinical and Survival Information Dataset"

"This dataset contains comprehensive clinical and survival data of breast cancer patients, covering treatment-related variables including neoadjuvant radiotherapy and adjuvant anti-HER2 therapy, treatment response assessed by imaging, as well as key survival endpoints such as recurrence events, time to local recurrence, time to distant recurrence, and time to death. It also incorporates pathologic and molecular profiles, including ER\/PR\/HER2 status, molecular subtype, TNM staging, Nottingham grade, histologic type, and bilateral breast cancer information. This dataset is integrated with multimodal imaging features, including mammography, dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI), ultrasound, and whole-slide images (WSI), for training a multimodal spatiotemporal attention network. Through multi-task learning, the framework simultaneously predicts survival outcomes, risk stratification, metastasis patterns, and treatment response in breast cancer."
