RNA-seq of SCC7 cancer cells treated with different conditioned media from cancer cell-induced TAM

We analyzed the transcriptomes of murine squamous cell (SCC7) treated with different conditioned media from BMDM, M1-BMDM, M2-BMDM or SCC7-induced BMDM. Overall design: BMDM cells were treated by control media (DMEM), 20ng/ml INF-?,20ng/ml IL-4, or 75% SCC7 conditioned media (CM) for 24 h to obtain M0-BMDM CM, M1-BMDM CM, M2-BMDM CM and SCC7-TAM CM respectively. Then different CM from BMDM was used to treat SCC7 cells for another 24 h. Then the RNA of SCC7 cells was extracted and underwent RNA-seq.
