Effect of iPS cell culture medium on the differentiation potential of induced cardiac tissues

The quality of iPSCs was compared using two types of culture media. PluriTest scores were 27.4 ± 1.1 for iMatrix511+StemFit and 35.2 ± 0.5 for LN521+mTeSR. n = 3.
