This BioProject is part of the Unidos en Salud initiative in San Francisco (https://unitedinhealth.org/). As part of the surveillance effort of respiratory disease, nasal swabs are sequenced using unbiased metagenomic NGS. The resulting data, including high quality microbial genomes, are deposited in this project.
