Processed Data and Analysis Code for "Multimodal Neuroimaging of Cue-Induced Craving and Cortical Alterations in Etomidate Use Disorder"

This dataset contains openly shareable processed data and analysis code supporting the manuscript entitled “Multimodal Neuroimaging of Cue-Induced Craving and Cortical Alterations in Etomidate Use Disorder”. The deposited materials are organized by figure and supplementary table. Each folder contains a code subfolder with scripts used for data processing, statistical analysis, and figure or table generation, and a data subfolder containing the corresponding openly shareable numerical source data, aggregate data, or non-identifiable processed data. The dataset includes supporting materials for Figures 1–4 and Supplementary Table S1. Detailed information on the folder structure, file contents, and reproducibility workflow is provided in the accompanying README file. Raw MRI data, raw EEG data, DICOM files, participant identifiers, and other potentially identifiable individual-level data are not included because they are subject to controlled access due to participant privacy, ethical approval, and informed-consent restrictions. Access to the controlled raw MRI and EEG data may be requested from the corresponding author, Jie Shi ([e-mail]), for bona fide academic research purposes. Requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis within 10 working days. Where access is approved, applicants may be required to provide relevant ethics approval and enter into a data use agreement. Approved users may not attempt participant re-identification, redistribute the data, or use the data beyond the approved research purpose.
