国家速滑馆曲面幕墙展开面积约17800平方米,底边椭圆周长约650米。平面曲率半径自165米渐变至63米,剖面为自由的4叠曲线;索结构与水平面倾角自63度至36度。使用平板玻璃、平板金属幕墙,和曲面玻璃一起,拟合自由曲面的几何控制体系,包括几何控制线和控制面的建立与优化算法、多层玻璃的弯曲半径、板块构成统计与分析;通过数值模拟、模型试验、材料试验和现场验证相结合的方法,对曲面玻璃几何构成进行研究、测试和应用示范。该研究基于Rhino平台建立曲面玻璃幕墙的参数化模型,对模型的板块进行构成分析并优化板块划分,调整、控制小半径玻璃的占比,用平板和单曲玻璃板块拟合复杂双曲面幕墙,实现曲面玻璃的面积占比小于 50%。在国家速滑馆曲面玻璃参数化模型测量中,测量分为三个阶段进行。第一阶段为方案概念阶段,第二阶段为方案设计阶段;第三阶段为施工现场阶段。
The unfolded area of the curved curtain wall of the National Speed Skating Oval is approximately 17,800 square meters, with the perimeter of the bottom ellipse being about 650 meters. The planar curvature radius varies gradually from 165 meters to 63 meters, and the cross-section is a free four-segment curve; the inclination angle of the cable structure relative to the horizontal plane ranges from 63 degrees to 36 degrees. Flat glass, flat metal curtain walls, and curved glass are used to fit the geometric control system for free-form surfaces, including the establishment and optimization algorithms of geometric control lines and control surfaces, the bending radii of multi-layer glass, and the statistics and analysis of panel composition. The geometric composition of curved glass is studied, tested, and demonstrated for application through a combination of numerical simulation, model tests, material tests, and on-site verification. This study establishes a parametric model of the curved glass curtain wall based on the Rhino platform, conducts composition analysis on the model's panels and optimizes panel division, adjusts and controls the proportion of small-radius glass, and uses flat and single-curved glass panels to fit complex hyperboloid curtain walls, achieving a proportion of curved glass area of less than 50%. In the measurement of the parametric model of the curved glass curtain wall of the National Speed Skating Oval, the measurement is carried out in three stages: the first stage is the conceptual design phase, the second stage is the schematic design phase, and the third stage is the construction site phase.
