Bathypelagic gene collection (M-GeneDB), Metagenome Assembled Genomes (MAGs) sequences and associated data from 58 metagenomes from the Global Deep Ocean (~4000 m) collected during the Malaspina 2010 expedition (http://www.expedicionmalaspina.es; Duarte 2015) corresponding to 32 different sampling stations globally distributed across the world’s tropical and sub-tropical oceans.
