Efficiency.mat

Global and local efficiency measures computed on thresholded brain graphs (10% to 50% highest correlation coefficients in 5% increments) in which weak or negative correlations were replaced by zeros. These graph metrics were normalized by dividing them by the mean values from 100 random reference networks that were generated using a Markov-chain algorithm and that match the original networks in terms of degree and strength distribution.<br><br>
