The thermogravimetric (TG) and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) results are provided. The data were used for kinetic analysis of the pyrolysis process of raw sunflower husks (RS) and those subjected to microbiological modifications. The modification based on fungal (F) and fungal-bacterial (FB) treatment. The procedure of the microbial pretreatment and other results of the studies are presented in the article: Matyasik et al. Presented here TG analysis, which monitored the samples’ mass change as a function of temperature, were implemented for two kinetic analysis methods: a model-free method (Kissinger–Akahira–Sunose, KAS), and a model-based approach, assuming three independent reactions corresponding to the decomposition of hemicellulose, cellulose, and lignin.
