Endothelial cell late G1 arrest induced by Palbociclib modulates the expression of genes regulating arterio-venous identity and prevents AVM development induced by Alk1 genetic deletion. We isolated retinal endothelial cells (ECs) from P5 Alk1fl/fl mice, Alk1fl/fl treated with CDK4/6i, Alk1ECiKO, and Alk1ECiKO treated with CDK4/6i, mice. After retinal tissue dissociation, we FACS-isolated ECs (CD31+CD45-) and performed scRNA-seq analysis.
