Data package associated with Shuai et al. (2019) Dam Operations and Subsurface Hydrogeology Control Dynamics of Hydrologic Exchange Flows in a Regulated River Reach, Water Resources Research

The data package contains all necessary model input data to reproduce the simulations conducted in the published paper. Here is a brief description for each item. pflotran_100x100x2_cyclic.in PFLOTRAN input file--compatible with older version (pre 2019) of PFLOTRAN. HFR_material_river.h5 material file that contains different geologic layers and IDs. HFR_H_Initial.h5 Initial head used in the model. bc_6h_smooth.zip A zip file containing all boundary head for river region. The time series were smoothed using a 6-h moving window.
