资源简介:
This study profiles EcR-dependent transcriptional and chromatin dynamics in the Aedes aegypti fat body across five pre- and post-blood meal stages. RNA-seq, CUT&RUN, and ATAC-seq were performed to characterize gene expression, EcR genomic binding, and chromatin accessibility following EcR knockdown. The data capture stage-specific regulatory changes associated with 20-hydroxyecdysone (20E) signaling during mosquito reproduction.
