Cell samples were collected after 3h, 6h, 12h and 24h infection for transcriptional sequencing.A total of 17 groups were sampled at five different time points (O-c0, O-c3, O-c6, O-c12, O-c24) in the negative control group and at four time points (O-A3, O-A6, O-A12, O-A24) in the ADRV-infected group. Samples were collected at four time points (O-R3, O-R6, O-R12, O-R24) in the RGV-infected group and at four time points (O-S3, O-S6, O-S12, O-S24) in the SCRAV-infected group, with three biological replicates in each group, designated 1, 2 and 3 at the end of the group respectively, for a total of 51 samples.
