The fly tissue-developmental stage expression

This site provides tissue expression predictions for genes across 282 tissue-stages in Drosophila melanogaster generated based on 6,378 microarray and sequencing experiments in a dynamic, interactive heatmap visualization. You can view the expression scores in clusters, or sort by gene / tissue model by clicking on their labels. We also suggest other genes that may have similar expression profiles. All results are available for download or perusing in table form.
