Field and experiment dataset

Seasonal measurements of seagrass morphometrics (leaf length, shoot density) and biomass collected from core samples (5x10cm diameter) taken from five sites in Langebaan Lagoon, South Africa. Related environmental data (temperature, salinity, turbidity, pH, Chl a, O2) measured using a handheld probe are also included. Experimental data from a mesocosm study assessing trait responses under varying temperature treatments are also provided.
