Gut metabolome in children with cerebral palsy

Using shotgun metagenomic sequencing coupled with untargeted metabolomics analysis, this observational study compared gut microbiome and metabolome of 8 children with non-epileptic cerebral palsy (NECP) and 13 children with cerebral palsy with epilepsy (CPE). Among CPE chilren, 8 had drug-sensitive epilepsy (DSE) and 5 had drug-resistant epilepsy (DRE). Untargeted metabolomic data is deposited in this repository.
