资源简介:
This manuscript is focused on the composition and functioning of the soil microbiome which predetermined whether the Populus euphratica survived or succumbed to disease. For the first time, we found that the composition of soil microbiome can be influenced significantly after Populus euphratica planting. After systemic analysis between plant and pathogen, Didymella glomerata was found as a lethal factor for the death of Populus euphratica. In addition, this manuscript revealed several volunteer bacterial family which have great chance leading to the death of Populus euphratica. In conclusion, the results of the present study revealed the deeper interactions between plant and pathogen. Thus, this paper can be a useful reference for the management and improvement of fragile ecological environment stability in the Mu Us Desert.
