Kidney tissues were homogenized in 1 mL pre-chilled methanol/acetonitrile/water (2:2:1, v/v/v) at 4 °C, vortexed (30 s), and incubated at -20 °C (10 min). After centrifugation (14,000 g, 20 min, 4 °C), supernatants were evaporated to dryness and reconstituted in 100 μL 50% acetonitrile. Profiling was performed on an Agilent 1290 UHPLC system coupled with an AB Triple TOF 6600 mass spectrometer in both positive and negative ESI modes. System stability was monitored using pooled quality control (QC) samples.
