Transcriptome analysis of porcine ovarian granulosa cells after Protegrin-1 treatment

This experiment uses porcine granulosa cells as a model to simulate the oxidative stress environment in vivo and culture with Protegrin-1(PG1), using RNA-seq technology, through transcriptome analysis, to study the effect of PG1 on porcine granulosa cell apoptosis and its regulation under oxidative stress machine. The data obtained by RNA sequencing is used for bioinformatics analysis. Further explore the protective mechanism of antimicrobial peptide PG-1 on female animal reproduction.
