Replication Data for: Detection of a SARS-CoV-2 Beta-like Variant with Additional Mutations in Coastal Kenya after >1 Year of Disappearance

This is a replication dataset for the manuscript titled: "Detection of a SARS-CoV-2 Beta-like Variant with Additional Mutations in Coastal Kenya after >1 Year of Disappearance." The dataset is part of a study that investigated the genomic epidemiology of SARS-CoV-2 in Kenya. This dataset contains the phylogenetic trees and scripts used for visualization.The dataset is used to generate the Beta-like SARS-CoV-2 genome sequence from an RT-PCR positive sample collected in Kilifi Kenya.
