Gasdermin E (GSDME) is known as a key executive protein of pro-inflammatory pyroptosis. However, the function diversity of GSDME needs further investigation. We conducted single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis of kidney tissues in Gsdme-KO mice and the corresponding wild type littermates, with or without cisplatin treatment.
