资源简介:
Neurogenesis was increased during early neural stem cell differentiation with two opioids, morphine and naloxone. In contrast, the membrane-impermeable analogue of naloxone, methiodinated naloxone, had no effect on neural stem cell differentiation. A similar phenomenon was observed for the ability of morphine and naloxone to promote neurogenesis in opioid receptor knockout neural stem cells. Thus, morphine and naloxone promote neurogenesis in a receptor-independent manner early on. To verify this, samples from the early stages of differentiation were sequenced by adding different reagents
