The effect of manure application on the diversity and community structure of endosphere bacteria in tomato plants. Compared with chicken manure fertilization and Pseudomonas inoculation significantly increases the diversity of endosphere bacteria and effectively regulates the community structure of endosphere bacterial communities. Our work also provides theoretical support for the rational use of chicken manure and Pseudomonas inoculation for tomato cultivation, which is of great significance for reducing the number of chemical fertilizers.
