万吨级粉煤灰催化氯化工程示范科学数据集

本课题合作单位青海盐湖工业股份有限公司下属青海盐湖镁业有限公司年副产27万吨粉煤灰和29万吨（折纯）氯气（2018年数据）对环境、土地和水资源都造成了严重威胁，以“以废治废”思想为指导，利用企业副产劣质氯气处理粉煤灰制备高经济附加值的高载氯产品是有效解决上述问题的关键。本数据集内含数据记录了示范线选址、地基处理、初步设计、施工图设计、设备选型等工作，获得了相应的数据，其中数据含量为9个，全部为word数据。This research project is collaborated with Qinghai Salt Lake Magnesium Industry Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Qinghai Salt Lake Industry Co., Ltd. According to 2018 annual production statistics, the company annually generated 270,000 tons of fly ash and 290,000 tons of chlorine gas (calculated on a pure basis) as by-products, which posed severe threats to the local environment, land and water resources. Guided by the "waste-to-waste treatment" principle, using the low-grade by-product chlorine gas to treat fly ash and prepare high-value-added, high chlorine-loaded products is the key to effectively resolving these environmental issues. This dataset contains a total of 9 data entries, which record relevant information covering demonstration line site selection, foundation treatment, preliminary design, construction drawing design, equipment selection and other related works, and all data are stored in Word format.
