Whole Body Diffusion Weighted MR in Ovarian Peritoneal Carcinomatosis

Peritoneal Cancer Index (PCI) is calculated additioning regional tumour burden in 13 abdominal regions (0-12). Local values are 0 (no tumour), 1 (implants <0.5 cm), 2 (>0.5 cm) or 3 (>5 cm or confluence). We show 39 cases of Peritoneal Carcinomatosis originated from Ovarian Cancer with their regional burden calculated by two readers Rad1 and Rad2 compared with Surgical gold standard.
