AMT20 (JC053) CTD profiles (pressure, temperature, salinity, potential temperature, density, fluorescence, transmissance, downwelling PAR, dissolved oxygen concentration) calibrated and binned to 1 dbar.

This dataset consists of 89 CTD profiles collected during the Atlantic Meridional Transect programme cruise 20 (AMT20 JC053) between 13th October and 21st November 2010. The cruise track between UK and Chile passed through both north and south Atlantic gyres. This dataset contributes to the AMT time-series of core oceanographic measurements along an north-south transect of the Atlantic Ocean. The profile down casts have been processed, quality controlled, calibrated for salinity, oxygen and fluorescence, then binned to 1 dbar.
