HaCAT cells were treated with pentafactor (M5) to construct a psoriasis cell model, which was used to study the pathogenesis of psoriasis at the in vitro level. This study aimed to explore the genes activated by pentafactor (M5) treatment. Overall design: Pentafactor (M5) consists of five cytokines: IL-1a (10 µg/L), IL-17 (10 µg/L), IL-22 (10 µg/L), TNF-a (10 µg/L), and Oncostatin M (10 µg/L). It can induce the proliferation and inflammation of keratinocytes. Its impact on the transcriptome of keratinocytes is mainly reflected in promoting the expression of inflammation-related genes, cell proliferation-related genes, and activating specific signaling pathways
