This is a public deliverable of One Health EJP Joint Research Project, Integrative Action-2.2, OH-HARMONY-CAP: One Health Harmonisation of Protocols for the Detection of Foodborne Pathogens and AMR Determinants. https://onehealthejp.eu/jip-oh-harmony-cap/ The purpose is to develop an integrated One Health map (OHLabCap ) of the levels of system capability/capacity/interoperability for each of the EU MS that is repeatable and sustainable. The first step is to develop of a pilot survey, targeting NRLs and the primary diagnostic services (primary sector).
