This is a cropped window in a larger movie following the development of a Drosophila embryo tissue over time. It is used as a small example dataset for a Mastodon tutorial. This data was acquired in the MPI-CBG by the team of Pavel Tomancak using the microscopes of the Light-Microscopy Facility of the MPI-CBG.
