Relative abundance of the seven most represented bacterial genera for different treatments (B. subtilis in Pluronic, B. subtilis and Pluronic) and treatment days (2, 4, 8, 11 and 14). Each experimental group consisted of 6 mice, named A-F for replicates. For each bacterial genus, given a treatment and treatment day, the mean and relative abundance in percentage (Rel. Ab. (%)) are calculated.
