Dataset belonging to article: Reactive oxygen species induce stiffening in myeloid precursor cells through cytoskeletal reorganisation and intracellular acidosis

The files contains the raw data files of the data presented in the following manuscript, "Reactive oxygen species induce cell stiffening in myeloid precursor cells through cytoskeletal reorganisation and intracellular acidosis". The files are arranged according to the figures.

Fig.1b and c.zip- This folder contain .rtdc file format. The data can be read by shapeOut and ShapeOut2 softwares which can be downloaded from https://www.zellmechanik.com/Download.html. 

Fig.2- WB and 2D-rawdata.zip- This folder contains the blot images of 1D western blots which can be analysed by using imagej or fiji. The file also contain the 2D diagonal blot images in .svg format, .scn files of the blots which can be opened using image studio.

Fig.3a-Amnis Data- This folder contains .fcs files and images of cells in .png format obtained from image flowcytometer. 

Fig.3b and d-Intensity and position-rawdata and rscripts.zip- This folder contain the raw data and r-scripts used to analyse the intensity and position of F-actin and microtubule

Fig.4a and c-pH-raw-data.zip- This folder contain .fcs and data analysis of pH curve. 

Fig.4b-pH calibration curve-data.zip- This folder contain .rtdc files.

Fig.5a and b-Lysotracker and AO staining.zip- This folder contain the raw data in .czi and image files in .tif  format.

Fig.5c- viscosity -dRT-DC data.zip- This folder contain raw data for dRT-DC files in .csv, ,text, .tdms and .tsv file formats

Fig.5d-flowcytometry.zip- This folder contain .fcs files from flowcytometry analysis
