Mexican public librarians: three interviews and a survey results about its role within the library [Bibliotecarios públicos mexicanos: tres entrevistas y los resultados de una encuesta sobre su papel dentro de la biblioteca]

A questionnaire was conducted to 15 public librarians on the perception of their role in the library where they work. The results of this survey are added to this data set. Transcripts of three interviews of approximately 1:50 minutes on the perception of their role in the library are added too. In order to analyze their perceptions to determine their level of empowerment.

Se realizó un cuestionario a 15 bibliotecarios públicos sobre la percepción de su papel en la biblioteca donde trabajan. Los resultados de esta encuesta se añaden a este conjunto de datos. También se añaden las transcripciones de tres entrevistas de aproximadamente 1:50 minutos sobre la percepción de su papel en la biblioteca. Con el fin de analizar sus percepciones para determinar su nivel de empoderamiento.
