Public-Support Conversion Efficiency Index for Brazilian Agribusiness: Harmonized Empirical Input Dataset and Source Provenance

This dataset contains the harmonized empirical input data and source-provenance documentation used in a state-level study of public-support conversion performance in Brazilian agribusiness. The dataset covers 27 Brazilian federative units over seven crop years, from 2014/2015 to 2020/2021, totaling 189 UF–crop-year observations. It includes harmonized information on rural credit, national interest-rate equalization, agricultural gross value added, agribusiness exports, inflation adjustment, exchange rates, and the frozen NCM export basket adopted in the study. The Excel workbook contains the harmonized input panel, source tables, a data dictionary, units of measurement, temporal references, official data sources, and methodological notes concerning data harmonization and provenance. The record does not include the calculated IFEPP scores, state rankings, fuzzy rules, membership functions, computational code, robustness analyses, figures, or manuscript results. These methodological and computational materials are provided separately as supplementary files accompanying the associated journal submission. Underlying official-source records remain subject to the terms and conditions of their originating institutions.
