资源简介:
This series is comprised of a collection of reports submitted to the Urana Shire Council at their monthly meetings. These typed reports are divided into files, with the reports from each senior Council employee grouped together. The reports are then in chronological order, with the date of the report and the date it was presented to Council both included on each report. Many of the reports appear to be photocopies and some pages are coloured according to which employee they originated from, eg. the Shire Engineer's reports are on blue paper, and the Shire Clerk's reports are on pink paper. The following senior Council employees who reported to the Shire Council are represented within this series: the Building Inspector, the Health Inspector, the Shire Ranger/Noxious Weed Inspector, the Shire Clerk, the Shire Engineer, and the President of Council.Reports from the Building Inspector (1970-1986) are mostly concerned with the submission of building applications to Council for confirmation of approval; the majority of these only provide a simple outline of the submission and are not the official building applications. There are also the monthly reports which cover the smaller matters that occur on a daily basis, as well as information about how these matters were dealt with, the action taken by Council and how the matter was resolved.
