资源简介:
Melatonin is involved in the hormone secretion activities of granulosa cells and regulates the development of oocytes, and the apoptosis of granulosa cells promotes follicular atresia. In this study, granulosa cells from follicles with a diameter of 5-8 mm were used as the research object to clarify the effects of melatonin and its synergistic regulation with FSH or LH on the development and hormone secretion of granulosa cells. High-throughput sequencing and gene interference techniques were adopted to explore the molecular mechanism by which melatonin mediates the hormone secretion of bovine granulosa cells through regulating the expression of the transcriptome. Through the co-culture of granulosa cells and oocytes, the role of changes in granulosa cell function in regulating oocyte maturation and parthenogenetic embryo development was investigated. This project aims to clarify the molecular mechanism by which melatonin regulates the hormone secretion and development of granulosa cells, as well as the role of melatonin in regulating oocyte maturation by mediating the function of granulosa cells, laying a certain foundation for the application of melatonin in improving ovarian function.
