Mapping of SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus Genome in COVID-19 Positive Patients in Kocaeli Region

The aim of this study is to obtain the sequence information of RNA samples belonging to patients who have been diagnosed as SARS-cOV-2 positive in Kocaeli. In this way, the genome features of positive cases in our current patient population will be determined, and the clinical features of individuals carrying viruses that show new features among our patients will be revealed. The results of this study will make possible to determine the changes that may occur in our patients day by day, and will ensure a strong diagnostic approach in the fight against the disease within hospitals.
