Detroit Community Health Survey - Report

<span style='color: rgb(94, 94, 94); font-family: &quot;Open Sans&quot;, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;'>As part of the Detroit Community Health Assessment (CHA) process, the Health Department and community partners worked with the University of Michigan Detroit Metropolitan Area Communities Study (DMACS) team to conduct a representative citywide survey of 1,216 residents to gather relevant information about Detroiters’ experiences, perceptions, priorities and aspirations around community health.
