北京庞各庄幅( J50E003010)1∶50 000区域地质调查数据集依托于中国地质调查局部署的“燕山―太行山成矿带地质矿产调查”项目，通过路线地质调查、地质钻探、实验测试(古地磁、¹⁴C、微体古生物)等多种方法采集地质信息数据，形成数据集。本数据集包括25条地质调查路线数据(239个地质点)，1个钻孔基本信息表(2眼钻孔)、2个钻孔古地磁极性柱状图，2个钻孔岩性柱状图，2个钻孔测井曲线图，1个钻孔微体鉴定结果，1个年龄数据表。该数据集可用于研究北京南部平原区浅表沉积物分布、组成，第四纪地质结构特征，建立区域地层格架，揭示古沉积环境等。可为重大基础设施规划建设提供基础地质资料，对开展城市地质工作和保障城市地质安全起积极作用。

The 1:50 000 regional geological survey dataset of the Panggezhuang sheet (J50E003010), Beijing is developed based on the project "Geological and Mineral Resources Survey of the Yanshan-Taihangshan Metallogenic Belt" deployed by the China Geological Survey. Geological information was collected via multiple approaches including route geological survey, geological drilling, and experimental tests (paleomagnetism, ¹⁴C dating, micropaleontology), and this dataset was thus compiled. This dataset includes 25 sets of geological survey route data (239 geological sites), 1 basic information table of drill holes (2 drill holes), 2 paleomagnetic polarity histograms for drill holes, 2 lithologic histograms for drill holes, 2 logging curve plots for drill holes, 1 micropaleontological identification result of one drill hole, and 1 age data table. This dataset can be used to investigate the distribution and composition of surficial sediments in the southern plain area of Beijing, the characteristics of Quaternary geological structures, establish regional stratigraphic frameworks, and reveal paleosedimentary environments, among other relevant research contents. It can provide fundamental geological data for the planning and construction of major infrastructure projects, and exert a positive role in carrying out urban geological work and safeguarding urban geological safety.
