Vacancy rate of industrial and logistic real estate in Denmark 2022-2023, by area

The areas in Denmark with the highest share of vacant industrial and logistic real estate were East Zealand and Copenhagen area. In East Zealand, the vacancy rate was 5.8 percent in the third quarter of 2023, up from 3.2 percent in the same period in 2022. Bornholm was at the other end of the spectrum, with the lowest vacancy rate in 2023.
