Rapid sequencing of the critically endangered Saguinus oedipus as part of the ORG.one project https://org.one/oo. Deep Sequencing of Saguinus oedipus was performed on Oxfords nanopore promethion technology. The aim for this deep sequencing is to provide long reads to be used to assemble a reference genome for this critically endangered species.
