This is a representation of the spatial extent of legal parcels of land within the City of Thunder Bay. The data has been collected from legal plans, sub-division plans and reference plans. The dataset contains the following: PCL Pin (main property parcel UID) Parcel Class (property type - City Owned, regular, etc) CTB Type (City Owned property type) RSN (Address specific property UID) LRO Pin (Land Registry Office's parcel UID) Object ID Hectare Acres Shape Length Shape Area Data was last updated on January 13, 2026本数据集用于表征桑德贝市（City of Thunder Bay）辖区内合法土地宗地的空间范围。数据采集自合法规划图、宗地细分规划图及参考规划图。数据集包含以下字段：1.
