Replication Data for: Transient local adaptation and source-sink dynamics in experimental populations experiencing spatially heterogeneous environments

The dataset consists of two data files (.csv) and an R Markdown script file (.Rmd). The code in the script file is divided in four major blocks:

<li> Loading data: the required packages, functions and datasets are loaded</li>
<li>Distributions: a goodness of fit test and information for zero inflation</li>
<li>Statistical analyses: here all the GLMM are provided</li>
<li>Creating figures: all figures shown in the manuscript</li>
