TCD Clustering Data

The dataset includes numerous TCD metrics and labels extracted from recorded TCD waveforms across three subject groups: one group of acute LVO subjects, a second group of in-hospital control subjects (IHC), and a third group of out-of-hospital control subjects (OHC); see Thorpe, Samuel G., et al. "Velocity curvature index: a novel diagnostic biomarker for large vessel occlusion." Translational stroke research (2018): 1-10. for details concerning the clinical populations. The columns in this data set labeled onset_score, peaks_score, and canopy_score, determine the 3-dimensional cluster space described in https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/19003236v1. Additional metrics and labels are also included.
