We performed RNA sequencing analysis on fresh-frozen biopsies of metastatic triple-negative breast cancer prior to undergoing therapy with ruxolitinib, or after 2 cycles of therapy in a subset of patients. Overall design: Seventeen samples were successfully sequenced, including two pairs of baseline and cycle 2, two unmatched cycle 2 samples, and eleven unmatched baseline samples.
