Psychological Outcomes and Acute Reactions Following Kambo Ritual Participation: Public Reproducibility Package. Prospective, uncontrolled observational study with 62 initial respondents and 50 analytic completers. Corrected psychological-scale scoring uses the MAAS mindfulness direction and MFI fatigue direction. Practitioners recorded explicit Yes/No observations for approved structured fields and provided exhaustive narrative reports of additional observed symptoms or medical events; safety outcomes were not statistically imputed. The package includes baseline-adjusted and residualized-change sensitivity analyses, held-out cross-validated predictive validation, final manuscript and supplementary tables and figures with aggregate source data, public-safe reproducible Python code, and quality-assurance evidence.
