This study aimed to assess if mesenchymal stem cells derived extracellular vesicles (MSC-EVs) improve motor dysfunction in rats with mild liver damage and analyze underlying mechanisms, including the role of EVs TGFβ on neuroinflammation and gut microbiota modulation and its metabolites.
