This project collects the sequencing data and assemblies of the Lake Tanganyika cichlid Neolamprologus multifasciatus, as a reference for the investigation of adaptive radiation in African cichlids [PMID: 33208944]. The data is provided by the Wellcome Sanger Institute, the Salzburger Lab (http: //www.salzburgerlab.org) and the Cambridge University team (https: //www.sanger.ac.uk/science/data/vertebrate-genomes-sequencing) of the Vertebrate Genomes Project (http: //vertebrategenomesproject.org) as part of the Genome10K initiative.
