Fixed offshore wind power projects in France 2024, by capacity

In 2024, there were nine fixed offshore wind power plant construction projects in development in France. The wind turbines with the largest capacity were Centre Manche, Centre Manche 2 (both in the proximity of Caen), and Sud-Atlantique. These wind plants are projected to start operations in 2031. The fixed offshore wind plants of Dieppe Le Tréport, Fécamp, Courseulles-sur-mer, Saint-Brieuc, and Yeu-Noirmoutier are all projected to open by 2025 and are currently under construction. Saint-Nazaire is operational.
