Here, we present a global urban building height dataset at ~150 m around 2020 by integrating space-borne lidar (Global Ecosystem Dynamics Investigation, GEDI), multi-source data (Landsat-8, Sentinel-2 and Sentinel-1) and topographic data. Validation results demonstrate that the GEDI-estimated building height samples are valid compared with the reference data (Pearson's r = 0.81, RMSE = 3.58 m). The mapping product also exhibits excellent performance, as evidenced by its strong correlation with the reference data (Pearson's r = 0.71, RMSE = 4.73 m).
