RNAs of Staphylococcus aureus HG003 ssrS mutant and WT were sequenced (NextSeq 500/550 High Output Kit v2 - 75 cycles) to compare transcriptional profile of both strains at OD600nm 7, corresponding to transition from exponential to stationary phase in this species. Bacterial cells were cultured at 37°C, 180 rpm, in BHI, a laboratory rich medium. Experiment was done in biological triplicates.
